We need an individual with the skills, experience and/or education necessary to plant, grow, harvest, and distribute vegetable crops to supply the members weekly with a variety of organic vegetables from June -Oct or early Nov. The farmer/manager will coordinate the work of work share members and weekly help from the remaining members. Planting cover crops, mulching, weeding, adding soil amendments and composting will also be required. The land owner has 2 tractors & implements and will do all t he tractor work required. the workshare members will plant, weed, & assist the farmer/manager throughout the season. Housing may be available.
