Author’s Identification
- Name, Job Title, Academic Credentials if desired
- Organization
- Website (if applicable) and email address, both in italics
- Contact phone number
Punctuation, Spacing, etc.
- Put 2 spaces after a period, question mark, or exclamation point at the end of a sentence.
- In a list of three or more items, add a serial comma before the “and” or “but.”
- Put all end punctuation inside the quotation marks. (e.g., I said, “hello.”)
- Separate phone numbers with decimal points (e.g., 860.486.6844)
- Single space the article
