Wondering about Maintain Don't Gain for this spring? We've upgraded it to HuskyFit!  An 11-week program that meets weekly on Mondays from 12-1. There will be nutrition information sessions, healthy food demonstrations, a walking club, and more. There will be optional weigh-ins for those looking to lose a few pounds!
