Summer Strength Classes - begin June 1!  Group-based Resistance Training Classes, suitable for beginners & experienced.  Registration & details here.

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Dave Looney, continues to lead these popular, effective classes.   

Past participants have said, "Dave's professionalism, preparation and and obvious caring about participants make the class!", and "Awesome class...please continue having it!". 

Classes will cover correct technique, exercise selection, and proper progression.

This program is for anyone, on any campus! 

There are no meetings you have to attend  - all you have to do is register, keep a log of your activity for the month, and submit your log.  By submitting your monthly logs, you will be entered into a drawing.  You can download a log right here or go to the Just Move Website.
